We start by gathering some information about your property, the location, value and square footage. We will also require a floor plan and any other key details which will allow us to tailor your proposal response within 24 hours.
Working with a vast selection of UK & EU suppliers, our design team will hand select furniture pieces from our curated collections to best complement and furnish your property.
We are proud to offer our client best in market value across all elements of your package design and quotation. If you do find a cheaper quote, we will match or better the price for like-for-like items with our ‘price promise’ guarantee.
When you are happy with the selected inventory, you will receive your final quote and invoice. On receipt of payment, we can proceed with installation on your confirmed delivery date.
Your project will be managed by our dedicated project delivery team, arranging access directly with your agent or concierge if required. Lead time is between 10-14 days but we can do our best to fast track and accommodate quicker delivery.
Our deliveries are carried out by our dedicated and professional. We expect to complete all our installations within one working day and provide completion images once fully installed. We can also arrange to collect/return keys directly with your agent.
